iji/dms is available only as source tarball in the moment, until I'll find that iji/dms is a usefull tool for a larger community. Remember that iji/dms is not ready for usage yet.

You need some tools and third party libraries for building, they are listed in the INSTALL file in the package.

The current version is 0.4.1.
